    ohh yeah my bad, but anyway i will update you guys, still no answer from them

    i think i am gonna leave them and go to namecheap, is this the good way to keep my traffic:

    say i have domainxx2.com on name.com

    i buy same domain on namecheap but then .net, example domainxx2.net

    then i redirect my domainxx2.com on name.com to domainxx2.net on namecheap.com

    i wont lose traffic from google?

    anyway before i go fully for namecheap, i hope name.com will help and i can stay, i always loved them, and now this, lets wait:)

    I think first you should the email for the new connection after then you should the no then you have to call then you have talking with your problem. so i say must your problem can be solve that.
