name.com bad company my domain thief

    10 days ago my email adress was stolen by others,

    Then they use the information and login by my account name.com and stole my domains
    I send all my identification and payments to , id card, creditcard, copys
    My bills i pay for the domains
    Shortly i send all the documents they need to name.com to get my domains back,
    Its about 10 days now and they dont given me domains back,
    I get my hotmail adress in one day back after sending my identifikation,
    Name.com says we fallow this procedure , but they dont do anything for get my domains back
    They had to give me my domains after sending all my documents back,
    In 10 days i lost 15000 dollars , will name.com give me the money?
    Stay away from name.com,
    It is not a good domain registration.

    You can also file a complaint direclty with ICANN here: http://reports.internic.net/cgi/registrars/problem-report.cgi. You may also consider using a registrar that can provide account security tools in the event that somebody gains access to your account. My personal registrar of choice, NameSilo, offers something called DomainDefender (http://www.namesilo.com/Support/Domain-Defender) that protects your domains even if someone got access to my account. There are similar services offered by other registrars as well such as Godaddy's Protected Registration (http://www.godaddy.com/domainaddon/protected-registration.aspx).

    As cochisetm suggested, filing a complaint with ICANN will be better than the Better Busines Bureau, the BBB holds little to no weight in the online space. Best of luck.
