Name.com Account Problem OMG

    I cant login to my name.com account today, I get this Error

    Error: Invalid login (account is closed).

    i can change my password but cant log in.. :( ..

    I didnt give any account cancellation request and didnt get any mail related to Account cancellation. I use paypal for payments and my paypal is working well, no fraud typo thing there too. I have checked all my logs and i dont think i m keylogged (hacked) or something.

    I have sent a Email

    I have many domains and all are on that account. OMG im so scared.

    Mods I think this was the best thread related to Domain registrar problem so please if i did any mistakes dont ban me or give infractions :(.

    Please Help or Suggest

    So you can change your password but you can't login? And you are %100 sure that you are writing everything correct. Seems like a database problem to me. I think you should wait for the support's answer.

    Yes everything provided above is Accurate till my knowledge.

    I have successfully changed the Password Twice, i get the Password Reset Emails but cant login. I also get login failure emails when i try to login with a incorrect password. But when i use my correct login details it says the above mentioned error. yes i also think it may be a Database Error but .. :( ..

    Just call Customer Support: +1.720.249.2374 .
    I had such issue in namecheap, but resolved after contacted with the supporter.

    I do agree with the above posters, a phone call might help you faster... or wait because it might be a database error. Some days ago I saw a MysQl message coming up on site :rolleyes:
