Name.com 60 day hold?

    Yes they have.

    "You agree that you may not transfer your domain name registration to another domain name registrar during the first sixty (60) days from the effective date of your initial domain name registration with us. "

    and its more like an industry norm..because the registry mandates that..nothing specific only to name.com

    although you can push the domain to other account at name.com if the domain is more than 6 days old

    Yes, pretty much industry standard but a push to another account is okay, I like name.com

    I have a feeling that they have a information tech support database that you could ask those questions inadvertently they will give you information via Internet application for your questions

    And I don't think a 60 day whole is always the case within a domain host holster I know one thing for sure Go Daddy.com doesn't do is

    You are incorrect, GoDaddy most definitely has the 60 day hold on transfers.

    thanks for the information I might have forgotten I had 257 domains with no day I did use the cash parking lot that stopped.

    By the way you have a really nice blog I like the information that has very useful content comes up:cool:
