I'm feeling unhappy at this time and looking for what is making others happy. Might Cheer me up...might not. One thing I can say for sure that makes me happy is playing basketball and also making people laugh
Hi 1. My dog 2. Reading 3. Watching good films/dramas - I love '24' especially. If you are unhappy, train yourself to dwell on positive things in your life, there always are at least some!
Hi indeed it does. What you give out in this life is what comes back to you. It took a long time for me to learn this. So these days I am positive most of the time. I always thing about what i will be remembered for when I am gone. I think if you are kind and thoughtful towards everyone then you cannot go far wrong - although you must not let others take you for a fool either!
Hi Andreayton, I hope you are feeling better now? I always find that keeping busy is a good way to raise your spirits.
there are too many things to list here. but if i had to choose just 3 1. Seeing my family happy. and that is just not limited to my wife and kids, but my parents, my brothers and sisters. uncles, nieces .you get the drift. 2. Nature. Nothing better than bird chirping in the morning. dew on green grass, rising/setting sun, breeze of air. 3. Music, especially meditation music, soothing sounds while rediscovering my origins thanking god for all the happiness.
My personal 'fix' plan was 1. get fit - floods your body with happy endorphins and improves your look / self image 2. get love - does the same. dating websites work. WHile you find love, surround yourself with friends (but only those who are good influence on your goals) 3. Clean eating and cut down alcohol / quite smoking, BUT be sure to blow the money you save on things like new clothes or holiday You start looking and feeling better within a couple of weeks, compliments start coming in, you feel more confident etc
Serving my parents, praying to God and sitting in the company of an inspiring personality makes me happier.
1. The smell and the feeling after the rain has stopped and the sun has apperead once again from the clouds in the summer 2. The feeling of holding someone you love 3. The experience of reading a new incredible book from cover to cover in a day
