Nacha Export

We just converted from a standalone implementation of Optigold to the filemaker client/server environment. Since the conversion, whenever we try to create a Nacha.txt file from the bill customers option, we receive the following error message: "The file is locked or in use". The Nacha.txt file is not created. Any suggestions?

    Thanks

What operating system are you running on your client? How are you connecting to the database server from the client?

The client is running windows xp. We start the filemaker pro client, select hosts, and then choose mainmenu.

That should be fine. Just to test if it's a file permissions issue within the OS itself, have you tried it being logged into Windows as the administrator?

Logging on as an admin prevents the error. However, the file is placed in the program files\filemaker 6 folder. Is there any way to specify where the file should be placed?

No, that is the correct location of where it should go.

Only users with admin privileges can write to the program files directory.. Gonna have to keep running as admin. :)
