I'm having a problem with mine, and have seen people have the same problem, so I'm hoping someone here has and can tell me how to fix it haha. Anyway, I'm trying to buy something online with my Debit Card. There's plenty of money in the account (deposited $100 extra in there to check if it was working and it worked, the account's active) but every time I try to buy something with it or even add it to my PayPal account it says the card's been declined. There's definitely enough money in the account, the card isn't declined when I'm using it to deposit money, but I just can't use it to buy anything. Does anyone know what to do? I'm hoping it's just something in my settings that I can change online.
