    Please appraise the domain n91.com
I won it at a auction and I have 5 days to make the payment. Please appraise the domain for me as I am really confused about the brand value of it.

N91 - the name of a Nokia mobile phone. Well, depending upon the future content of the site you could face against a lawsuit against Nokia.

The name itself is short and easy to remember, but I don't think that it is worth much - no dictionary words, no real meaning. Perhaps $200 USD or so. If it isn't your company name or you have a great idea for a new website, spend your money elsewhere.

Well, the domain is registered well before Nokia released N91. Do you think they can file a law suite?
    Thanks man..

It doesn't have that strong meaning so it would worth $350.

The domain has to be based solely on N91 - Go and develop some N91 resources and start to earn more and more.

by the way, the value to sell back depending on the content.
    To buy : $700-$1100

There are no trademark issues if it is not used to host Nokia or phone related products or services. Just because a domain was registered before a product, it doesn't give you the right to change the usage of the domain to ride the goodwill established someone else. For example, the person who owned madonna.com got only got in trouble when he changed the content to be ride the goodwill of the celebrity. Had he kept the content unrelated to her, he would still own the domain. Instead, he spent over a million dollars in legal fees and still lost the domain. The singer now owns it as it was taken from the previous owner.

That's cybersquatting. You certainly don't want to do that and get a $100,000 fine.
