hi ther, i am an intermediate web developer and i knoww the basics of SEO but have little experience. I can do the standard sites - forums, wordpress, digital downloads, clone scripts etc. I know html, css, javascript, some php and some python. I am confident working with apache etc.. However i am distinctly lacking in the graphics department! What options are available to me starting from scratch? I have a couple of blogs under way which i am planning to build up on adwords and switch to doubleclick once/ if the traffic gets to their required level! but i really want to give the adwords/affiliate thing a go. How can i get on these programs with no portfolio??

question 2. i am in the uk. i want to build a site utilising all the free porn that is out there... youporn redtube etc... via embedded videos. Can i get in trouble because these videos carry no certifficates or anything?? or am i just being timid??!

    any input much appreciated!

also, i mainly build my sites from scratch and just throw a few graphics in after the layou / code is done. As i said my grapic/photoshop skills are limited. Does anybody have an example or two of layouts that have been drawn up in photoshop and then coded? i know this is the right way but i have been concentrating more on coding and having a look at a few examples would really help me out...
    thanks!

your question is much more mixture of many things :p

i would reply for affiliate marketing:
networks see your niche + traffic
if both are good they dont care for the GFX or etc

for the graphic design issue, I recommend you search for 'free psd' on google and have a play around (with photoshop or gimp), thats the best way to learn.
