Hi People Using the keyword tracking monitor of DigitalPoint I find that many keywords in my account give a N/A result, but they can t be right! Tried all combinations of url - notation. Nothing helps so far. Who can help regards Jan
Do you have an example of a URL/keyword combo you think it's reporting incorrectly? Give the URL, keyword(s) and the location you see it ranking at when you check the search engine manually.
xxttp://www.kamagralijn.nl { kamagra bestellen } {kamagra kopen } { kamagra discreet } (first/second page) xxttp://www.bedrijfskledingcentrum.nl (fristads} {pilotjacks} (first/second page ) etc
Must be results Google is serving differently based on your geographical location. I don't see any of those URL/keyword combos on the first or second page of Google results when searching manually.
Might be. But got many other URL's/keywords wich show perfectly in your tool. Seemed like a great free tool, but if it is inconsistent, practically it's worthless. You now of any improvements/workarounds soon ?
You could install the advanced usage script on a server that geographically close to your location if you want to get results more tuned to what you see vs. someone in the US for example.
Please don't talk Marsian ;-) Advanced usage script? Now got keywordtracker.php on my webserver. I'd welcome a practical hand-out.
Right... the keywordtracker.php script. Since it's on your web server, Google is going to serve results to it based on the geographical location of your web server.
Interesting.. but is there anything that can be altered so that we in Europe here can use your wonderful tool ? Anyway.. in my logic it doesn t explane why some sites/keywords are found and others are not.
The only way you can make it show results as you see on your computer would be if you had the keywordtracker.php script running on your computer. Google serves results differently based on where the "user" doing the searching is geographically located.
