Has anybody had their credit card stolen and used on mywire.com? Mine was used there this morning, even though I haven't bought anything with my cc in quite a while. Visa caught it right away and froze my card, but now I'm stuck waiting for a new cc to arrive in the mail. And it was only for like $3, which is really weird.
thanks for the headsup though I havent used that site and heard about it now. what did you buy from there? because I see as a article or news site. Good thing your CC company catch it fast though, most CC companies just handle after happening of bad things.
I didn't buy anything from there, a charge appeared on my credit card this morning from that website. So somebody either used my card on their site or they somehow got it without my permission.
i see.. and I know what you mean..last time not thatsite but some software downlaod site was informing me with failed charges and expiring softwares list for my CC and I have to call my CC company. Most likely someone's using your CC and faking as you.
Yeah, but for $3? It seems really stupid. I mean, if I was going to do cc fraud I'd go and buy like a plasma tv or something for a couple grand, $3 just seems to stupid to even bother.
