I didn't test the upload but I like it. Might want to add a few more pictures so we can get a better feel of how it is.
the main white space in the middle sticks out further than what the design looks like it should be. Otherwise - nice simple concept with ads embedded that look like part of your site.
Not to rain on the parade but it took a good 30 seconds to load for me and I have 10meg broadband. Every time I clicked to go to another section of the site e.g. random image same thing happened. Not sure if you can do anything about that, but it looks like a very functional site that does the job it was intended for. Congrats!
I like the site. You just need to stand out now, I would let people upload really large images for free, not a lot of sites allow you to do that. Maybe that could be your niche.
takes far too long to load and already loads of other image hosting sites available, what yours has to offer thats different, i wasn't going to spend a minute waiting for the index page to load
