Buying MySQL work

I had a program made for me that takes entries from an excel spreadsheet and inputs them into a mysql database that is searchable by any field.

I would like to have one field modified to be a multiple select field that gets its selections from a column in the excel sheets.

I would also like to add a new field that would be searchable by a multiple select field. This field would pull the entries from an additional column in the excel spreadsheets.
