mysql under attack

    sudnnly mysql using all my server resources without any change in traffuic or files

    my server tech said there are over loaded sql without spoofing

    so what shall i do to solve this problem

    rebuild the index? it usually improve performances.

    you should check where is the bottle neck..... as mr_dean suggested, your index may be out of sync, or you don't have a correctly set-up indexes to your table/table rows. There are hundreds of reasons why this might have happen.... for example, your sql needs to be tunned... your OS needs to be tunned...
