MYSQL Tools?

    What is the best tool(s) to manipulate, alter and add to a MySQL db?

    Navicat is by far the best I've found. They offer a free version for non commercial usage. Nothing comes close to their interface and features.

    SQLyog is another good one.

    PHPmyadmin is decent and is completely free.
