MySQL to RSS Help!

    Someone please help my stupidity out here.

    I have no not no experience with RSS and can not seem to understand how it gets updated.

    I'm trying to get a RSS feed from a mysql datebase I have in place.

    I need to pull the data and print it to RSS and have no clue where to start.

    just do a normal db extraction and put a rss header with php's header() function
