mysql table questions

    Hello, im moving from my old host to a new and i wanna take some sql tables with me, then only way i have right now to access my mysql database is trou MYSQL QUERY BROWSER, and i wonder how i can save / copy the table contents to just paste them into the quesry browser on my new server and update the table i copyed.

    u can log in your host control panel , from there you can back up the database , and from your new host control panel u can restore the database
