    There is no timeframe. The most I'll say is when it's ready, not before.

    Ok, thanks... because we are starting to have issues with the GUI. Invoices (all of the sudden) are being created with no time credit when the product code is set up to have a time credit, the customer has been around for years and has had the EXACT same billing cycle item(with a time credit).... but, for some reason when the invoice gets Generated, there is no time credit and it will prorate the invoice and double bill my subs.

    My Network Admin sent a message about this a few days ago, but no one there has been able to answer his question (they haven't responded in a few days to him). If we can't get this fixed I will most likely be switching to Rodopi as this issue cannot continue to happen.
