MySQL is good but if you have only 25 MB is is very less if you allow users to upload PICS and AVATAR OR LOGOS or any graphical thing.this will be very very less.

For some reason your site is not loading.

Normally only text is stored in a MySQL database such as posts and user profile details. Images are stored on folders in your hosting account. But in some cases, image file details such as size, title and URL are also stored in the database. 25 MB for an average blog is more than enough but if your forum is popular and you get lots of posts, it will soon reach the limit.

Does your Free MySql host allow you export of database? If yes, then you can transfer it to paid host. But If you want to take this seriously you should have paid host.
