Buying Mysql Optimization Expert Needed

    I have a few databases that are large and sometimes its crashing my dedicated server. mysql files are being copied to the /tmp all the time and is bringing my server to halt. I have tried increasing the tmp folder to 16gb but still there is 16gb's of mysql tmp files.

    I need my tables index and optimized.
