MySql high cpu usage - need script modification - paypal accepted

    Hi,

    I'm using I believe mySQL 4+ and I see my site have high mysql CPU usage under WebHost Manager CPanel. I've tried to clean my coding as much as possible and have even added php caching but still can't get sever to stop overloading and with so many locked processes in show processlist. Basically need someone with PHP, mySQL experience to review scripts and can help identify problem and hopefully get started on solution.

    I can pay via PayPal also.
