MySQL help needed

    hey guys
    i am a total newbie
    i want to build an online store, design is not a big deal, but my main problem is mysql and CMS.

    my host offers great deal of CMS and e-commerce applications btw (but as i said neeeewwwbiieee:()

    if anybody can help me with that let me know and we can reach an agreement if he/she want something in return

    I dont think you need to know much about mysql if your host provide those applications for you.

    Most probably Fantastico panel from where you can install by clicking a few buttons your desired app.

    Easiest way I think it to just add paypal buttons. If you have an account, the shopping cart just works. If you know how to copy paste html, you are good to go. I supposed it depends on the size of the store though.

    os commerce , zencart, and cubecart

    I think you will need a merchant account to use those carts. I haven't done it though as I just use paypal.

    Your hosting provider probably has a help section taylored to your questions if you want to install one of their carts from Cpanel or Vdeck or whatever.

    FYI - You can use OSCommerce with Paypal (standard and IPN). There are modules for it. Same with Zencart.
