MySQL Error (4)

    Can't connect to MySQL server on '209.222.3.147' (4)

    Anyone got any decent ideas on how to fix this?
    I was thinking it be the mysql settings in the php.in.

    BTW I tried to connect to the mysql server on other hosts, and it worked. It just seems to not work on just one host. So the only note-able difference has to be the php.in .

    if your database server is not running that will show error.
