The mysql database on my dedicated server has been crashing daily lately, I'm not very savvy with database related problems, could someone please show me the steps I should take in order to locate and resolve database issues? I'm on a fedora linux machine btw. Thanks in advance for any help.
You might want to install a mysql tuning tool. You can let it run and analyze your logs for a day and then it will give you a report on what's going on. Maybe it can help you spot some setting problems. https://launchpad.net/mysql-tuning-primer
