Mysql and PHP commercial licenses?

    If you use PHP to build your website where you sell things, do you have to buy a licence from the php group? Same question regarding Mysql?

    Or do you only have to buy licenses for PHP and Mysql if you include them inside a software package you sell?

    PHP and MySQL are free products, you never need to buy a licence regardless of what your website is.
