mysql and mysqli

    what is difference between mysql and mysqli? i got confuse. do i need to upgrade for mysqli?

    Hi,

    MysqlI is a extension for php and stands for "MySQL, Improved"; added in PHP 5 for differences just check http://www.php.net/mysqli/
