    I never have done anything with it, but it has a PR 1 and gets good traffic.
    No promotion is being done what so ever

    It earns very little money - probably averages about $4 per month in Adsense revenue but has big potential.

    No, it will not work on blogger.
    This site is for sale hosted where it is.

    You can move it if you want but you must have php and mysql database
