I downloaded a full script for a whore train, and intend to make a site for it. But I'm a beginner to this, and don't know where to start. I know some web design, so designing a page shouldn't be the problem, but : -How do I add the script (PHP script) into the website so it fits? If I just upload it onto my server (still haven't bought a host yet but when I do), how will it come up? -I've been looking at a couple hosts, and if you buy the host/domain, it says there's a full web page designer. Would that be total crap, or something I can use? I just don't want to start paying for a host and domain until I fully know what I'm doing. I'd rather take a couple weeks to figure it out and then buy a host, instead of buy a host, burn $6 or so, and then figure things out.
As far as the domain and hosting, for this type of site, I would suggest GoDaddy for the domain and HostGator for the hosting. Create your web site in notepad, and if you have to use a program, go with Dreamweaver.
I suggest you go for dreamweaver for the webdesign, as far as scripts are concerned they can be added to the graphical site via dreamweaver. Teh full webpage designer hosts provide is total crap (as you said). It wont let you customize your scripts. Its mostly just plain HTML used for catalouge sites. I have PM'ed you. please read my PM
