Myspace Sues 20+ Ad Networks For Over $500 Million

I don’t use MySpace nor do I spam. I guess I feel a little sorry for the Networks but I have a difficult time believing that they didn’t know there was an obvious problem.

Well, those networks are revealed now or not yet?

 

waiting to see how real this is

 

I guess the only confirmed one so far is CPA Empire which got hit with a $75 million lawsuit.

 

I'd hate to see some of the bigger aff. networks go because of this.

As far as I know, no one else is named...yet. Time will tell on this one I guess. It will be interesting to see how it all unwinds!

 

I'm starting to get suspicious about this suit, no one else has been named beside Scott Richter. Surely MySpace would be able to name who else they're sueing after so much time has passed?

Although by Nintendo's post, it may look un true, I did get an email from a few networks saying that publishers are no longer allowed to promote campaigns in myspace. So I guess it scared them a little or something.

 

Tehre was a few that were against Myspace promotion prior to the suit also.

 

Yeah a lot of networks announced affiliates that they will not accept any promotion on myspace months ago...
