Classic example of someone trying to exploit a major company. The girl's family is just hoping that MySpace will pay up just to get rid of them.

funny when idiots screw up and then go and blame someone else because of it. Blaming myspace is bad enough, but then sueing for $30 million (or whatever), wtf is the kid going to do with that money? she'll become an even bigger target.

How fun would it to be the judge?

Ok next case (reads it). Dissmissed.

Next case, kid falls of chair, sues chair manufacturing company.

at first, when myspace started, they didn't allow people 15 and below to even join. kids had to use the age 16 to join.

Yeah i should sue DP for not protecting me from a scammer ripping me off on this website. Same thing.

NOTE: I have not been ripped off by anyone.

Why not sue every place that has interaction with other people online (i.e. Email servers, Social networking sites, ebay, etc.) for not making sure that they wont get neglected, abused, scammed, or hurt. </tangent>
