I think the spammers should have been given some jail time because they will
never be able to pay that fine.

Normally if an offender cannot pay the fines, it will be converted to jail terms but they disappeared. The authorities should know better than to allow them bail out.

They are spamming porn to kids, also spamming is no longer an innocent pass time of those bright eyed dot com startups, it has evolved more into organized crimes who rakes in millions and millions of dollars from blasting us with billions and billions of spams.

the "myspace kings" were actually really nice guys, and don't deserve that sort of fine. There's got to be more to it, I know one of them gloated about running a meth lab in the private forums we used to all post on.

Two spammers down 10,000 to go. Actually it's getting a lot harder to spam my space, especially with the new capta, most bot were not able to break it.

Well at least myspace took action, I think some of the other services for eg Yahoo groups or the kinds had so many spammers that I basically sworn off groups.

There was that one guy on here a few months ago who said he made $50,000 a month off myspace, he had proof too. Maybe he was one of them.
