MySpace / Social Network Wordpress plugin?

I was looking around and see a few wordpress plugins that will automatically export your posts to MySpace. Does anyone have any suggestions on which would be considered the ideal plugin to use for this?

On a side note (I have LJ taken care of already) does anyone have any suggestions on plugins that automatically update any other social network site with your regular blog posts that stand out above the rest?

Facebook uses RSS for it's 'notes'. I've used that successfully in the past.

 

You could make a widget that automatically picks up your RSS feed, that you can post to a myspace page. That's what I do.
