Myspace Site Earning $3+ Per Day Non Myspace Domain Lots Of Content

    I am looking to sell my site hot-comments.org. The site is currently earning around $3 a day with ValueClick and Adsense and comes with $400 worth of content (1800+ graphics and 500+ layouts). The site is pretty unique and the comments/graphics section offers codes for myspace, friendster, and hi5. I have done alot of SEO on the site and it ranks pretty well for the keywords I have been targeting so far (hot comments, hot myspace comments and some typos).

    The sites traffic has been starting to grow at a good rate and I decided it would be good to add a layouts section to the site which was just added last night so non of the traffic so far is from the new section and I would expect the traffic to continue to rise with the addition of this new section. Traffic comes from link exchanges, search engines, hi5, and myspace no paid advertising has been used.

    I am hoping to break even on what I spent on the site and the bid and BIN will be set according to that not just based on revenue. If you're interested take a look at the site and keep in mind that if you were to create a site just like this from scratch it will cost you at least $700 to do not counting the custom work that was put into the site.
