    I used adsense on my first myspace site - sold it a while back (still going strong) and that had very high earnings too.
    These sites do well on either ypn or adsense - both have their positive points (i.e. adsense is targetted). I have even heard some myspace site owners say that adbrite works well for them.

    BIN is $4500,
    they have cpanel, correct, however, they didn't have awstats installed for some reason, I found out that they require me to contact them and get it installed for each site individually, anyways - extreme tracker is more reliable with these sites, you will often see owners claiming to have tens of thousands of visits, when really its just someone hotlinking.

    As for me.. I did not make the bid of 3k yet. I need to discuss it with my family as its a lot of money for me. But its great you can replace the ads for me. Ill let you know what my family and I decide if it doesnt get past that price. Thanks for the feedback.

    Thanks for the support liquidstyle, I have conducted this sale most appropriately - I am well established on dp, with good rep and great itrader (both of which IamNed is lacking).

    Anyways. I'm going to set BIN at $4000 - this is a real bargain for anyone with monthly income at over $520 and steady, natural traffic.

    I would contact the BIN bidder and offer them the site at the price they bid. If not then I would have to stand by the auction rules and let it go for $2000, although this would involve a terrible financial loss to myself - it does seem a ridiculously low price to let this site go for :S
