I have made it clear many times and this is the last time I will do so:

PGZ and jaree are not welcome to participate in any of my discussions or sales. Any comments, questions or remarks made by them will go ignored by me. My business partner (vtpr) and I work together on all of these sites, that doesnt even need to be pointed out as we both have equal ownership in all the sites we own, operate and otherwise list for sale. Constructive criticism and questions is encouraged by respected members NOT named jaree or PGZ. Having duplicate accounts should be something for Digitalpoint to deal with. If having a partner in a site is against DP's terms of service, I will gladly oblige by any requests made by DigitalPoint and its respected owners. PGZ and jaree have no interest in any of my sales and simply participate in them to ruin my sales. This is the last time I will say this. I think I made myself VERY clear.

    Hay All

Just a quick question you lot seem to know what by your talking about, how much are these MSRS worth ? they seem to come on sale for quite high prices considering they only offer free graphics, also there seem to be loads of them around ??

I am interested in buying one but not sure if they still worth the $$$$ ? If so is it worth buying one for around $2K, for getting the script for $300 and making my own ??

Hey marx. Only you know the best answer to your question. It all depends on what best suites you. If you have free time on your hands, it might be worth to startup your own site and learn as you go along. It took me 7+ months to get my myspace site to where it is today. It can be fun but it is a lot of hard work, as it is with making any website a success. The benefits of buying an established website is that its already in the engines, its already been used by myspace members therefore you will always get traffic from people using the layouts, backgrounds, comments etc. If you have the extra cash and want something thats already established, promoted and broken in, investing in an established resource site may be for you. The best thing to do is do your own research. People will give their own opinions and they will never reflect what is best for YOU. Myspace resource websites are a hot commidity right now because they generate traffic very easily, the revenue made can be very rewarding if promoted properly. The site I have listed's value is based on the following factors:

Established, has traffic coming to it effortlessly every day.
    Has a Pagerank of 4.
Has been up for 7 months so many people are using its layouts, backgrounds etc.

Of course you can always purchase an esablished site that fits your budget, then invest on a better script to get the most out of it. Goodluck, and do your research before making any major commitment.

no problem. However asking in a sales topic isnt the best way to seek advice. Sales threads should remain on topic to whatever is on display. There are many myspace community forums to seek advice, ill PM you the link.

Both ways are good, just depends on how patient you are, buying a site already up and running will place you about 6 months ahead of buying a script and starting from scratch. You already have recurring revenue coming which tends to steadily increase.

Don't try doing it with a free script, they just don't cut it, I have a few of these sites and the ones that run on free scripts do less than half of the revenue that the script in my signature does.

An established site running that script is a steal at 2k.

I'm not a fan of these links to sp either, they are designed to steal traffic from other sites. I think those links should be banned from here.
It's not that long ago that if you placed a site for sale on sp if they found it for sale on another site you got banned.
Now they encourage you to do it so they can steal the traffic....it's not very ethical.
