    URL: www.SpaceWhoreLayouts.com

    Age of site (months): 1

    Monthly revenue: $120US

    Revenue details:
This site is fairly new but has been promoting Google Adsense. The site was started on the 13th of April and accumulated roughly $61 with adsense in April, and so far $19 in May. The site also has a whore train on it which gives visitors the option to purchase featured, first, and second spots on the train. Featured and first position spots go for $8/24hrs and second spot goes for $6/24hrs. I have not sold any spots on the train yet but as other site owner's can say - the spots do sell!

    Monthly page views: 60,000+

    Traffic details:
Traffic is generated mostly from myspace bulletin posts as well as search engines and link exchanges. Traffic is averaging around 750 uniques a day. As a bonus I will be including a myspace account with over 6k friends on it for you to continue promoting to. Search engine traffic mainly comes from google/yahoo/msn under keyterms "Myspace Layouts" "Myspace friend train" "myspace whore train"..etc..You can view the stats here:

    Current link popularity:
    MSN: 575
    Yahoo: 309
    Google: NA

    Description:
This is a turnkey template site but the template has been completely re-designed. Different colors, images, and almost a complete new layout. I have also installed a different whore train script than the one that comes standard with the script. The new whore train script will allow visitors to purchase featured, first, and second spots on the train. I started this site with long term goals in mind. I have been doing alot of work with it to bring traffic in from other places besides myspace (although myspace is the most targeted/most generated traffic). All links on the main page are from link exchanges. The buyer can choose to remove them or keep them. I have been working on quality link exchanges to bring link popularity up and get it ready to take a jump when the next PR update comes around. I was not planning on selling this site for sometime but I want to buy a motorcycle and selling the site will get me the remaining funds I need. The site has an admin panel in which you can easily add/modify more layouts/backrounds/glitter dolls...etc. I have also added extra glitter dolls and other image's that did not come standard with this turnkey template when I originally purchased it.

    Screenshots of the admin panel:

    Type of site:
    Turnkey, template based website

Price (or starting bid): $600 US

    BIN: $2,000 US

    Is an auction?: Yes

    Google page rank: 0

Alexa site rank: 1 week average is at 94,744

    Everything included with your purchase:
    Hosting (provided until 4/14/2007)
Myspace account with over 6k Friends
    Script/images/content

Greg why the interest in this site if you have the so called GREAT MySpace site coming out soon ??

Im confused as to why you would be interested in a site that is turnkey that has only been changed as far as the layout goes...Different colors and some different graphics.

The answer to that question is simple. Traffic.

    As well as
I'm not picking up myspace sites because I like wasting my money on turnkey sites, I'm doing it so I can convert them to use my script and reap the traffic benifits of an established myspace site and profile.

Fear not, my script trumps these things hands down blindfolded backwards and half drunk ;)

I am going to drop the BIN once more since the demand for these site's has gone down so much. The new and final BIN will be $800
