Myspace resource site for sell

This site is what it sounds, it is a Myspace resource site. I got the site up and running about a month ago, but it is also within this past month that I've acquired a lot of sites that I have decided to concentrate very heavily on therefore this site has been on the back burner for sometime. This site can really expand through some promotion since it's got a good domain name.

I've gotten a lot of stuff installed already so really it's just a site waiting to take off. Honestly, I would really work on the site if I have the time but I'm simply been pushed back by big projects that I'm handling. It's currently got Adsense in the page and you can always add additional ads from CJ and others for more profit. The site can make easily $10 without a sweat if it is worked on.

Price seems a little high considering there are users on here selling the same script and content for $15

 

I am not sure how you came up with that amount, but no that is not the script cost. If you are not interested, please go somewhere else to flame.

I don't really like explaining myself, if you are not interested you don't need to write a post telling me how to sell my site. But heck, let's run into some details.

1. I have not maintained the site - So there you have it, no traffic or rev details

2. Script - Anyone can buy it but not anyone knows what to do with it correctly regardless of how much the script cost. My original plan was to tweak it further to generate a good sum of income and individuality. This can be done easy with someone who has the time to do so.

3. Profit - This is easy as long as I maintain it. I have many sites that I work on which can easily go to $10 per day if not more. As this is a Myspace resource site with a premium domain name, this can easily surpass that if I really take time in it.

4. Price - Well, this you have to be the judge to determine that. If you are looking to do nothing well $150 starting is high. But if you are looking to tweak it, it's quite reasonable if you see other Myspace sites out there.

Lastly, if you don't like the listing you don't have to bid on it. I'm always open for questions about the site and I believe there's a lot to be gained through the site.

Yes your right anyone can buy the script , and yes anyone can tweak it how they like within reason of how good they are at tweaking, but i don't see in your first thread you tweaked any of this script correct me if i have missed the part in the first thread.

Yes your correct again its easy to maintain just have to promote the site, about the $10 a day its not that easy on a myspace site that only pays about 2 - 10 cents click and maybe a little more if your lucky, but this site is not making any think a day.
The domain ya its nice seen better its not a .com and is not worth that much since the domaiin has no PR and only have 23 backlinks from google

If im looking to buy or for it to just sit on my server the site is still not worth $150 starting bid look around on DP sales thread for Myspace sites they have better sites with rev and traffic and there starting bid is like $20 - $35
