    No offense but the whois info shows the site to be about 5 months old. How can you charge 10 monthly reveune on a site that probably hasnt been established for more than a few months? Also where does the traffic come from? What keywords does it rank? Ill offer at most 1K. Good luck.

    For the last 3 months its been averaging $8.00+ dollars a day, so the revenue is solid.

    90% of the traffic is from myspace, and the other 10% search engines.
