Revenue:About $25 per day when advertising and about $10 when not Average about $10-$12.

Source of Revenue: Google adsense. I dont have YPN account but i am 100% sure that it will do very good if you have YPN.

Traffic: Gets about 1200 visitors. Over 2500 when advertising. I havent advertised site for last few weeks

Source of traffic: See referer stats. Traffic is steady everybody who add something from the site in their profile link back to this website ( Viral marketing )and thats where it is getting most of its traffic from and I am so sure about this that i can gurantee that it will not drop. I changed my hosting account 2 days ago so thats why i dont have stats for more then two days i know it sucks but thats why i am giving you full money back gurantee if lot of traffic dropped in 2 months after that it will be your problem however i am sure that it wont drop even after that too.

Reason for selling: I have another project that needs funding its about auto repair.

To tell you the truth i have never tried transfering websites to new host. I have a programmer who do it for me very cheap i will give you his email address and you can work out a deal with him as he have access to all of my websites and servers. His prices are very low he probably will charge about $20 few less or more to transfer everything and setting it up because thats what he charged me to transfer. So i will not just leave after sale i will help in anyway i can

I had like 30 sites about a month ago but i sold them all or got rid of them and i dont know of anyway i can prove revenue of the site at that time however i can gurantee that if you advertise as i tell you you will be making more then $25 i just didnt have time to do that. Guys i am giving all these gurantees becuase i know what i am doing and i am sure no body else here can give these gurantees when selling site if they are not sure about it.

 

Also just to let you know i have not priced the site on what it makes when advertising the price is according to what it makes without doing anything and just leaving the site as it is.
