MySpace resource site 1 year old

I hit the one year mark on these sites and since I am doing absolutely nothing with them they need to be sold. But traffic is great!

Background: The general idea is this: "myspace" and "the hun" "hun" were enormously popular search terms (still are) millions upon millions of searches monthly. I would parlay that into mega traffic. It is still as good an idea as when I created the site (s) you may use "the hun" in keywords etc. if its not infringing upon the "adult niche" and at the time MySpace was suing everyone for including MYSpace in URLs. Hence, Spacehun or thespacehun was safe but say: myspacehun would not be . "The Hun" can be used in keyword/description safely as long as it is not infringing on thehun.com's adult theme.

PM me if you don't get it, but the idea is generate massive traffic (without infringing on copyright/trademark)because these two terms are two of most popular on the WWW.

The main CMS (s) was purchased it is not unique. I had some unique scripts made such as the tattoo generator, the Flash drawer and the WYSIWYG layout editor. That editor is UNIQUE as it allows uploading backgrounds. I paid quite a bit to develop these toys/tools and I will include everything I have.

thespacehun.com has a totally different CMS and that site is included but traffic and development is no where near spacehun.com.

Heres a snapshot of traffic 2007. It is consistent, I do nothing but take a look at the site ever once in a while I do not try to get traffic. The site got traffic on its own since 2006.

It has 3,320 pages index in Google!

It has a matching CMS templated Postnuke backend which serves to index pages and add content. Again all this could be used to enormous benefit. I just get too many irons in the fire and this a project I didn't have time for but it was well thought out and would work as well now as when I started it last year.


I don't know right now how much its worth without doing some research so I decline a BIN until I get a better idea.

I'm thinking BIN 500 but please let me research this.

Even at 500 I am losing big time. I paid coders big money to code some things on that site. example: WYSIWYG layout editors are extremely rare and cool but this one is beyond anything I have ever seen.

Since I'm not sure the value feel free to add suggestions/comments on your opinion of how I can best sell it.

I see the PR is 2 now, was 3 not long ago. Ohh and I just realized that WYSIWYG layout editor is not active on spacehun but is on thespacehun. I'll find out why tonight.

No revenue. My idea was adsense and it is adsense ready but I have no accounts of that type (adsense) to use.

I originally planned to serve credit card ads etc to college students but have not. Especially gas rebate credit cards at $30-40 per signup. With gas prices at record highs in the US its prime time for this. (maybe I should keep it)

The CMS comes like that until you put your publishers ID in.

I also have a 5,000+ friend Myspace site with a myspace layouts URL. I currently use it for a personal site but it could be inluded and used for promotion.

CMS is custom to MySpace resource sites. Not unique but not common either. I have no name for it.
