myspace resource. aged web site, 2k uniques/day, revenue + low BIN

Hi guys, I want to sell one of my web site realy quick. Read below for info and stats.

Age: The site is about 4 months old.
Registrar: GoDaddy (free push)
Hosting: requires 50mb of space and 5gb traffic/month (used 1.5 gb so far this month, but just to be sure, get 5gb of traffic)

Details:
Alrighty, this is a 100% custom web site, 100% custom design and 100% custom content. I made 3 custom myspace layouts and that gave me some more traffic from search engines. The site now recieves 2,000 uniques per day and the revenue is $2/day on average. All images from layouts are NOT hosted on dodank.com, they sit on imageshack. The cool thing about this web site is, when you have a new page created, it gets to first page of google on the keyword you are targeting! I have only 5 pages of content, great potential for the new owner to build a huge web site...

Stats/Revenue:
I bought this web site 20 days ago, and I only have stats for those 20. read below why I am selling this web site so fast. I know there is an issue with awstats when it comes to myspace profiles publishing images hosted by the resource sites, so I included another counter on my site and since I dont host any images on my server, the stats look similar. Here are the shots:

Additional Details:
Reason for sale - Actualy there are two reasons:
1) I bought this site to make quick $20 to get up to $100 so Google can send me a check and I can forget about them. I knew this was a good buy and that I would sell the site for good price, so this is a win win situation. The site wasnt making any money at the time I bought it. With a few modifications to the layout, I started making cash the first day I got the site, July 6th.
2) The site needs to be updated with new content. I cant keep up with my own work, you expect me to draw layouts for myspace?

Another important thing, I dont do any bulletin advertising because that just does not work anymore. I tried once, didnt work out, I am not doing it again. I do have a myspace account (myspace.com/dodank) which I will include with the sale. The account has 25 firends
