I have a network of Myspace sites that have done pretty well for me for a while now. I recently had an issue with money as I lost a job and I have a debt that needs to be paid ASAP so I decided to sell one of the sites to pay off the debt as soon as I can.

The reason I chose this specific site to sell is I just haven't had the time or energy to build on it. I spent a lot of time on it when I first put it up, adding content and promoting and such but got busy with my other sites that were older and making a little more. Since it was doing fine on it's own without much work at all I just left it. In hindsight, I probably should have forced myself to spend more time on all the sites as I could have easily made more over the last year and also been able to sell this for quite a bit more with a better history (the site does have a year+ of established earnings BTW).

The only real reason I haven't made more than I already have been is lack of promotion or advertising. I initially traded some links with people and linked to it from my sites and such but since then (6 months to a year ago) I haven't done much at all. Because of that the traffic has stayed pretty steady over the course of the year. Also earnings were affected late last year when my entire adsense account seemed to be smartpriced and I was making less eCPM for all my sites.

Someone that wants to start with an established myspace site and has a bit of time to do even a little bit of promotion or even just do some more link exchanges could do well with this and make more than I am making now. With some real promotion and advertising it could easily be a very popular site.

This is a great established site that anyone can buy and let run without touching and make decent cash easily. But an even better deal for someone who can put a little time (or smarts) into promoting it a bit as the revenue would increase as traffic does obviously. I know because my other sites that get more traffic because I have had time to promote are doing very well. I would eventually get to this one to do more but just been lazy and never had a huge urgency since it was doing fine on it's own.

Yeah that's me, i sold it there but the buyer never came through with the money. It's happened to me twice so i thought I'd try here. Maybe theres some more reliable buyers here.
