all bulletins are on hold.... since i just started my service back up i'm having a few problems reaching the 1m mark.... and everyone being offline :-s .... if you still want bulletins pm me.. all bulletins purchased from now on... give it 1-3 days to be posted... i've been over whelmed with bulletins the last two days.. so many.. so i'm having problems getting them all done.. in so short time...in a few days all should be all worked out and i should be able to post as many as needed.
