legal issues ? there are other domain names like this like myspace.co.uk (i think it was $80000 in sedo) but im looking for something like $800 or so Edit: any suggestions for the price(or min Bid)?
Just because others steal/kill/scam/commit crimes makes it ok to do it yourself. Trademark infringement may not be quite the same... but the same logic follows. Worthless domain.
IF IT WAS ILLEGAL why sedo accepted myspace.co.uk why didnt myspace.com do something about it? i have heard ,these companies or huge websites always make bigger offers for these kinds of domain names i may sell them or i could use the domain name myself how could they make trouble ?! its MY SPACE (could use it for free upload , etc ) so no worth huh? better go on selling it in sedo

im newbie in myspace and dont know how do provide myspace layouts any templates or ...? i think it would be better to create a free uploading pic service or directory ,as i dont know how to create myspace layout
It's against the law because Myspace is copyrighted just because Sedo accepted it doesn't change it from illegal to legal and also you say myspace.co.uk went for a high sum but that's because a lot of people in UK when typing in would have added .co.uk to the end but who ads .net.in to the end? Maybe if it was myspace.in it would be better.
see im not saying that this domain name is cool or ... i was searching domain names noticed this one is not registered yet thought it would be great domain name to have (i think its at least the best .net.in TDL domain name ,,,isnt it?) also TM is not valid in india so nothing against law i like to have this domain name at least the to do a directory website or even to use it as a email for my own business (info at myspace.net.in) seems cool enough and i created this thread to hear about the possible prices but again thanks for your posts and suggestions i appreciate it
no traffic? no revenue? TM violations..I would say not even reg. fee. India has two popular extensions, .in and .co.in Myspace.in has an alexa in the 9 millions.. Myspace.co.in doesn't even have an alexa ranking.. I would say you probably aren't going to see very much traffic to this. I would say reg. fee or low xx at the most
hehe better to upload something in there and you would see the traffic ... surely i wont sell it for less than $400 im planing to do a website maybe a PHPizabi ,myspace diretory , a myspace layout website,even a proxy site just to surf myspace (the only proxy thing could bring at least $10 a day , as i myself could promote it and get an instant 2000 hits ,daily ...)
