When I do it there is 2 buttons for post. I hit the top one which opens a new window then I hit post again then its gone.

    Check for 2 post buttons.

But the bottom post one doesnt do anything for me at all either.

I clicked the top one and it posts, but when I check my post and click the link it only goes to my site, it does not repost.

Everyone, if you can't post the bulletin yourself, change the id of the form, in the code that the guy gave us.

    Sorry, not id, name

    How about to "dasdsadsa" :)

You basically have a form inside a form, both with the same name. You need to change the id so that firefox/ie can distinguish between the forms.

So where it says <form name="

    enter anything...

I understand how it reposts the bulletin over and over, but how does this get visitors to your site? When do they actually visit your site? when they click the link does it open your site as well as post it in a new bulletin for that user?

I used this strategy to receive over 200k uniques in the first day my site was up. Unfortunately, the traffic spike was too large and the $x,xxx earnigns I made that day were wiped along with my adsense account due to "invalid clicks." Be careful with the spikes you get.

Sorry to hear that. I think the best idea would be to use this system on a new adsense account and tell them that you just launched your website when you get the spike in traffic. Of get a already established website with traffic so the spike wont be so big.

Yeah, I tried to explain, nothing helped. It was a very innovative idea, unfortunately for me it was the downfall of my adsense account.

If the traffic is this great you should start one of the traffic services, im sure quite a few people would be interested.

If you can help at least me id be willing to spend some $, my site doenst have the danger of being banned from adsense since it has no ads i just want the word about it out. Let me know.

I'm afraid you guys haven't quite grasped the concept I was trying to explain. the post does not create an infinite loop. the increase in traffic is based on user participation by posting the bulletin, then one of their friends visiting the site and repeating the process....NOT AUTOMATIC.

also the bulletin form only requires one click to post when manipulated with javascript.

since a lot of you have already butchered the technique ;) I will post the whole actual source that I used a little bit later tonite. right now I'm on DP from my cell phone so I can't post it yet.

Lucky!!!! I have 3 friends. And had to kick Tom off my friends list for spamming me to often.

BTW I think I regret kicking Tom off cause he was the only one checking in on me from time to time.

But again lucky and a big congrats

I was just using a simple bulletin where they pressed it, opened in new window and then they sent it.

    Worked well for me

Dont waste your time with myspace bulltin chain reaction loop. It doesnt work in reality-only in theory.

I tried it with a site that gets 1000+ hits day from myspace releated SE terms and added a bulletin loop feature. I even redirected visitors to it and posted bulletins on my myspace profile to get the ball rollin. All in all after 3 weeks of doing this, I saw a grand total of maybe 10 hits from friend bulletins and 99.9 percent of traffic were from the search engines. Establishing any sort of sel-sustaining bulletin chain reaction loop was futile.

Take it from someone who has actually tried it.

The script is simple and contains 4 or so files. Just a waste of time though.
