    Reason I'm Selling:
    I've finaly decided to sell my MySpace layout site! I purchased it off SitePoint a few months ago I've kept the revenue up to around $200 a month. I'd love to keep it though I'm about to by my first car! And since I'm moving out of home I need the car asap.

    Site Info:
    The originally owner spent around $1000's on custom layouts for this website and it really shows not to mention the great design and easy navigation system. This layout is definitly top of the range. The script used is called MSLS and was purchased from http://www.myspacepros.com for $150. Since purchasing I haven't added anymore layouts which contradicts with the slogan which is "New layouts added everyday" but like i said the revenue hasn't decreased so I've seen no need in updating it. I have done some promotion which was pay various myspace account owners with 100,000+ friends to send bulletins regulary and that did help traffic but apart from that no advertsing has been done.

    Sorry about that I'm not even sure what PR is I just remember when I purchased it the seller said it was PR4 if its changed I'm sorry I wasn't aware.

    And the domain expires tomorrow.
