    When I bought the site in November of 08 this is were it was at:

    PageRank: 3
    Monthly Revenue: $160+
    Daily Uniques: 1000+
    Monthly Page Views: 100,000+


    *made $160 a month with VCM and $100 with text link sales
    *made $10 from Google monthly, only use's two ads and search
    *site was pr 3 and got 1000+ UV per day and 100,000+ page views per month

    I've gone into other business endeavors, which has made this site fall drastically. If you have the time to give it some TLC, you can easily get it back to where it was and more.

    If i don't get the price i want i have the right not to sell..

    Is this ed from myspacepro's? I can send you login for extreme tracker.. The visitors vary from day to day.. I just put that as a minimum..

    Like I explained.. I have let the site go..those sites mean absolutely nothing when assessing the value of a site. You can easily get this back on the map very quickly if you spend some time on it.

    I would take the minimum bid.. I just need to get rid of them as I really don't have the time to take care of them anymore.. by the way.. the layout scripts, gen scripts alone cost me over 300$.. hit me up if you need any other answers..
