Myspace Layout Site - ~$25/day - PR4 - Great SERPS

I'm selling this site for a few reasons.

1. I bought the site at a PR6 and a few weeks after I bought it it dropped to a PR4.
2. The site gets great eCPM but I don't have the money or power to market it. This site would be extreme for someone with other myspace sites so you could easily improve the traffic.
3. Need to get out of debt and have some money in the bank for future projects.

With that being said, I will be more than happy to receive checks of $750 a month for this site for the 0 hours of work I have done for the past three months if I don't get a good offer. I can't remember the last time I marketed it or added new content. Along with the site I'll include 36 great myspace layouts I never added.

The site is custom coded by me with some great SEO techniques. The advantage of custom coded means that you're not competing against everyone who has the same lookalike script.

The site has suffered a lot of downtime which has been bringing down traffic. I have not taken advantage of my PR4 with many link trades or link sales. There is room for $120-$150 more revenue a month with link sales which I will certainly take advantage of if this sale falls through.
Revenue Details:

Revenue is solely made through Google Adsense. I would guess if you sold text links on the site you could make an easy extra $120-150 a month.
Traffic Details:

Traffic comes mostly from search engines. We have some nice keyword placement, including beach myspace layouts and abstract myspace layouts. Some traffic comes from the layouts people add to their myspaces and some from link exchanges.
