    I've had this site for a couple of years now, hasn't been updated in more than 6 months. on account i'm not a graphic artist and have to hire people to do layouts and can't seem to find them. Anyway most layouts are of HipHop artist, rappers, clothing etc.. ranked #1 on Google & Yahoo for hip hop layouts.
    Not even Freeweblayouts.net is ranked #1 for that term. and some other hip hop terms, the site speaks for itself.

    Sold a few links to some sneakers websites for 6 months
    but they just expired.
    The domain and search engine results position alone is worth half the site

    Hip Hop is not dying anytime soon
    and Layouts either, so you do the math.

    With the decline of myspace, the decline of other myspace related sites is evident. I am really interested in going ahead with it but looking at other myspace sites and myspace itself i feel confused. can i have a lookinto your stats?

    Well I just have myspace layouts, but you can add
    Friendster HipHop lyts..and Bebo.. I'll try to get those
    stats to you sometime today
