I would like to contact couple of hundred MySpace or Friendster users. Every user is from different City. I would like to ask them for a tiny favour, because I need some info from their cities.

I am wondering if it is allowed any follows sitatuation:
    1. If I hire some Philippines and they contact every single member. Only their name and city is different in message.

    2. I hire some Philippnies and they contact every single member, but they write different personalyed content for every message. For example they write "you looks nice with an eyeglasses..." and than they copy same message.

    3. To pay to company who will "spam" users and ask them for that tiny favour. In message will be different again only the name and city.

Which situation is allowed, is any?

Why, any of those situations can be allowed.

However, I wonder what myspace, friendster, etc. user is really stupid enough
to possibly violate their agreement with any of them and have their account
banned just to do what you outlined so far.

I read somewhere that by sending out spam is violating myspace tos, so I wouldnt do the third option.
